PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
Job Duties:
- Make sure recruitment process running good from job request until job placement.
- Report job analysis related with job description for all departments.
- Evaluation Budget Training and actual with ROTI system.
- Report and make sure training implementation related with TNA (competency; skill, knowledge and attitude).
- Make CBT (competency based training) each employee related with training request.
- Make training report each department monthly and gap analysis training.
- Make IDP (Individual Development Process) employee achieve with target training annually.
Requirement:
- Male/Female age max.32 years.
- All Major backround.
- Minimum experience 2 year in Manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Good in Analytical thinking, hard worker and under pressure.
- Good in MS Office (Excel,Word,Ppt) and Macro in Excel system.
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Have ability and willingness to build others’ capacity Willingness to work in Cianjur.
