Job Description:

• Maintain accounts to achieve and increase revenue / target performance

• Process selling for idle capacity or other product to increase revenue

• Maintain customer for potential project to improve customer intimacy

• Maintain relationship with customer lobbying and entertaining to support easy escalation

• Conduct internal for project coordination and completion to keep customer loyalty for smooth completing project

• Provide report to capture progress of selling activity (e.g. survey permit, Ready For Installation)



Requirements:

• Advance knowledge of sales and marketing

• Advance knowledge of Telco industry, particularly in tower business

• Action oriented with strong customer focus & result orientation

• Good account management skill

• Strong negotiation skill

• Communicative

• Strong presentation skill



Analyst Strategic Account Mobile Advertising

Job Description:

• Interface as primary point of contact with key accounts;

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to advertisers in order to sell mobile advertising on XL#s network, to increase mobile advertising revenues;

• Define campaigns together with advertisers and media agencies and explain to customers on how specific types of mobile advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible;

• Provide clear, frequent communication between agency and advertisers regarding campaign strategy, goals and performance;

• Maintain revenue stream from existing advertiser and deliver integrated mobile advertising campaign;

• Educate advertiser / market value proposition from Mobile Advertising perspective;

• Deliver mobile advertising end to end solution to advertiser;

• Generate new multi Telco Campaign;

• Generate new advertiser on XL’s mobile advertising.



Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.

• Required skill(s): Digital Media Advertising, Mobile Advertising Campaign, Basic Media Planning and Sales in Mobile Advertising.

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
