Lowongan Kerja PT Saptaindra Sejati , SIS is a leading local mining contractor company in Indonesia. The main business of SIS are mining and hauling contractors. SIS is a fully subsidiary company of PT Adaro Energy Tbk (Adaro Group), a major coal producers in Indonesia. SIS was first established in 1991 as PT Dianlia Setyamukti, a subcontractor for heavy equipment.



PT Saptaindra Sejati through Lowongan Kerja 2014 is looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:



Prod Manager (Code : PRODM)



Requirements:

• Male, with maximum age of 40 years old.

• At least 8 years of working experience as in Coal mining.

• Bachelor degree (S1) from the faculty of Mining / Geology Engineering.

• Certified POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) is preferred.

• Must be fluent in English written and oral.

• Familiar with MS Office & Internet applications.

• Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007.

• Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury).

• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM License would be an advantage.

• Mastering mine production operations: Planning, Over Burden & Coal Production, Drilling & Blasting, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment & Supporting.

• Ability to act in an objective, non-discriminatory and have a decisive nature.

• Dare to take decisions quickly and accurately.

• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result.

• Will be based in all over SIS site project.



Plant Manager (Code : PLANTM)



Requirements:

• Male, with maximum age of 40 years old.

• At least 8 years of working experience as in Open Pit Equipment & Plant Maintenance Coal mining.

• Bachelor degree (S1) from faculty of Mechanical / Electronica / Industry engineering.

• Certified POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) is preferred.

• Must be fluent in English written and oral.

• Familiar with MS Office & Internet applications.

• Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007.

• Mastering in Maintenance and service management Heavy Equipment & Supporting, Plant Cost Control, Warranty & Insurance Management, CMMS and Tire Management.

• Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury).

Engineering Group Leader (Code : ENGGL)



Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Mining.

• At least 2 - 3 years of working experience as a mine engineer in the area of mining industry.

• Have a POP License would be an advantage.

• Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail.

• Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.

• Computer literate.

• Will be based in all over SIS site project.



Mine Planner (Code : MPL)



Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Mining

• At least 2-4 years of working experience as Mine Engineer in the area of mining industry.

• Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail.

• Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.

• Computer literate.



Plant Group Leader (Code : PLANTGL)



Requirements:

• Male with maximum age of 35 years old.

• Min. Senior High School (SMA).

• At least 2 - 3 years of working experience as a group leader in open pit coal mining area and related position.

• Have a mechanic experience or background would be an advantage.

• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ.

• Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated.

• Have a strong leadership and communication skills.

• Will be based in all over SIS site project.



Instructor Plant (Code :INSPLANT)



Requirements:

• Male with maximum age of 35 years old.

• At least 3 - 5 years of working experience as a mechanic instructor especially in mining companies

• Training For Trainer (TFT) certificated.

• Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated.

• Have a good teaching skill (in-class & field practical).

• Able to work in a team.

• Have a strong communication skill.

• Will be based in all over SIS site project.



Senior Mechanic Heavy Equipment (Code : SRMECH)



Requirements:

• Male with maximum age of 40 years old.

• At least 5 - 8 years of working experience as Heavy Equipment Mechanic.

• BMC License preferred.

• Base in Kalimantan.

• Able to work in a team.

• Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up, Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100.

• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ.

• Will be based in all over SIS site project.



Mechanic Heavy Equipment (Code : MECH)



Requirements:

• Male with maximum age of 35 years old.

• At least 2 - 4 years of working experience as Heavy Equipment Mechanic.

• BMC License preferred.

• Base in Kalimantan.

• Able to work in a team.

• Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up, Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100.
