Employee Relations Officer
Responsibilities:
Vendor relationship, with coverage of handling the manufacture and design of cooperative agreements with third parties, negotiating with vendors, handling and settlement of employment and create and execute a project in the process of labor compliance.
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 from university terkemula
• Minimum age 30 years
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling HR management vendors, HR policy, industrial relations, employment law, and experience in handling cases of workforce
• Have a broad knowledge of the Bank and a very good understanding of HR
• Strong communication skills with the English language both orally and in writing
• Have a working discipline, integrity, ability Interpersonal skills are good
• Having a good network and relationship
